Well, yeah. I do use the treadmill and small weights, but the stomach thing bothered me. It's in the living room. Can't help but feel guilty if you're sittin' on the couch and it's in the same room, so you get up and do 30 or 40 a couple times a night a couple times a week. At least it's something.
