"I was at a legislative night when the representatives from 'Dogs Deserve Better' made a presentation." Tice goes on to say "Barking Dogs are a major concern in my neighborhood, and after seeing their presentation it makes sense that these animals could be barking for attention. Calvert County needs to re-write the Animal Control Ordinances, to protect animals from humans, humans from animals, and humans from humans! I would love to see that happen. If I am elected I will also take every opportunity to see to it that the laws we have are enforced, and newer stronger laws are written."
