The Court will tape record it but I can not. One can then buy the transcript for not too much. The oral argument is not until June and tomorrow I am only hand delivering the written Brief with record extract. The Attorney General Office(AGO) will later give their "reply Brief" because the AGO is the counsel for DORS (Division of Rehabilitation Services). The case is open to the public ( case 2088 September Term, 2005, Court of Special Appeals of MD.). I think it will be more interesting to read it when it hits the newspapers.

I will miss the Forum too for my two day excurtion but I will plan a new thread for my return. Like what will my next campaign ad be like??
