Here are the facts from 2000 through 2005:

St. Mary's: +11%
Charles: +15%
Calvert: +17%

Now my question: How can you say that growth in St. Mary's is excessive?
It would not and does not matter if the statistics say we are great and wonderful because the reality is that the County's entire enfrastructure is overloaded and the pressure is increasing.

MMDad's statistic facts say St. Mary's is at: +11% (being lower than others) and yet the property prices here are super inflated, rent is excessive, schools overcrowded with trailers for classrooms, the roads inadequate, the water table being overdrawn, not the recommended level of police, and much more, so it really makes no real difference if the statistics say we are great while we lose the game.
