Yeah... my thought exactly... I saw something that looked like a hole for a foundation in a location that is either the park area or the park itself... so I contacted the Planning & Zoning contact... at first I was told it was a stormwater retention area and when I balked about the location being in the park... I was told it's for swapping soil... I have never heard of anything like that....
