Here is my proposal: Any woman who chooses to have a child needs to be responsible for their home schooling and all expenses. Before embarking on creating such said "child" a contract needs to be signed, and a life insurance policy set up, with the child as benefactor once they reach the age of 21.
It IS the woman who gets preggers, and if she chooses a loser, that's her problem, and therefore, she has the choice to abort after she had her "fun". It is also
her fault, and the man should not have to pay. Instead, he should be protein to feed the hungry.
All welfare will be abolished, and people who can't make it will be turned into "food". Search "Soylent Green". If a family member chooses to take them in...fine, but no government handouts.
Violence? There are no second chances...you become protein to feed those that remain.
