Over 20 years...in Lusby...in a 45 year old house.
I am VERY happy that the value of my house has gone up strongly...but it hasn't been because of new housing...its been because PEOPLE WANT TO MOVE TO A QUIET RURAL SETTING....and if you strenuously limit the number of homes being built,...the value of the homes here goes UP.
How does this jive with my small government philosophy you ask?
