Actually, there is a gentleman named Peter Kuhnert, from the Constitution Party, running as a write-in candidate. I have been unable to uncover much about him on-line however. The only thing I have been able to uncover is this entry from Project Vote Smart. This does not even list a home town for Mr. Kuhnert, and his campaign address is a post office box in Martinsburg, WV, so I have to wonder how serious this campaign is.

Kuhnert, 44, has worked for Anne Arundel County since 1987. He also opposes same-sex marriage and affirmative action program, and believes tighter laws on illegal immigration are needed to make America more secure. His goal is to get more votes than Green Party nominee Steve Warner of Solomons, whose name will appear on the ballot. Even that could be a Herculean task with his name not on the ballot in the race against Rep. Steny Hoyer (D-5th,Md.).
