The best thing about it is you do not feel like you are on a diet. LOVE it!
Also, this is off topic but I am not sure I want to post this, my friend is looking for her brother. He is not missing, she just does not know how to contact him. He moved she moved, yata yata yata.
She wants to find him but does not know how. We tried everything we know and no luck. Any suggestions?
