Cause of outage: hurricane, high winds, trees, rain

SMECO is still experiencing transmission-related outages affecting St. Mary's County substations Patuxent Park, Ridge, and Webster Field.

**** Yeah... I'm screwed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Especially the whole transmission thing in Ridge and Webster... the two main things around my house... all down. Lovely!
