In your "scenario", if we assume that the non-custodial is like you and totally abandoned their child, the monthly obligation would be 60 cents. Your claim that the child support is not based on the income of the custodial parent is yet another bald faced lie.
There are only two options here. Either you are so stupid that you are unable to recognize how wrong you are, or you do know the truth and you choose to lie. I believe that you are just morally corrupt and not capable of telling the truth, but it could be that you are just stupid.
