In reply to your statement I would point out that having babies is not a reserved privledge of the rich. Poor people even dirt poor people are permitted to have children and no Country and no laws will ever stop the poor from having children. The child support laws do try and do punish the poor parents for having children but the law will fail in due course of time. I just wish I could help make it completely fail sooner or even now.
The Bible says for people to be fruitful and to multiply and that means the poor people get to have babies too even if our immoral gov continues to punish them unjustly.
