No, you said the CUSTODIAL parent is the only one obligated to care for their child. You claim that the other parent is no longer the parent if they just choose to move away and not communicate. Those of us who live in reality reject those views. If the parents 'do take care of their own children", they wouldn't ignore child support, they'd provide.

Other than all the ones you've had shown to you? Besides, a child does not need to be "needy" to justify both parents providing for him/her. He/She just needs to exist to justify both parents being morally and legally obligated to provide support to them.
