Becky, the problem as i see it is everyone there is trying to rape us, the members, wether its the ones favoring a M&O fee increase or you trying to triple tax people. There is no reason that a person who holds a rental property should have to pay full fees and then the rents also have to pay again- its just rediculous.
As for multiple lot owners having to pay multiple M&O fees i dont get that either. MAYBE if you drop the tenent fees and only charged additional M&O fees to actual landlords, but what about the people who own two or three connected lots of which only one is developed? Why should they have to pay additional fees to use the facilities, or am i mistaking what this fee is for?
