I am not the one charging the tenant fee.... I am the one that wants the Landlord to pay an M&O on each house.... that's a horse of a different color


If you only have one rental... you pay one M&O.... it's the guy that owns 30 rentals that I want to pay 29 more M&O's get my drift... he pays the same as you the way it is now...
so you are going to drop the tennet fee after the landlords are paying multiple M&O fees?

What about the property owner that has more than one lot but only one is developed and the owner doesn't want to deed them as one, or they can't be becasue they are not adjoining?
