| Only thing I can say is that I learned my lesson with power hungry, oppressive HOA's in Maine many years ago. I chart my own course, rule my own kingdom and will not ever again have Mrs. Betty Joe Painintheass, Vice President of the HOA biatching at me because I violated some obscure rule in the "handbook" or assessing me a "special fee" to refurbish the flower beds by the entrance.
Funny observation, Tice seems set on keeping them out of her pocket by opposing the M&O hike on owners, but has little reservation reaching into others pockets with regard to the hike on renters.
Reminds me of a t-shirt I had long ago from a bar in Anchorage Alaska called Chilkoot Charlies "We cheat the other guy and pass the savings on to you." |
