Please allow me to rephrase then. How is it "mis-using his authority" to attempt to keep jobs in his district?

You give the answer in your own question and again this makes no sense to me.
Well, actually you referred to it as monetary greed, and I answered with votes. Votes do not equal money. Or, is your quest for votes also monetary greed?

This is asked as a question and yet that was the point that I gave. The local infrastructure is overloaded by the mis-deeds of Hoyer.
Yes, I understand your point is that the area's infrastructure is overloaded, and you feel that job safety and job creation by the incumbant are "mis-deeds". However, neither of those things were the point of the question. The question was to who is responsible/accountable for the local area's infrastructure. I believe it is the county commissioners' and state's responsibility, and I was asking if you think the county commissioners and state are responsible for maintaining their area, or if the federal government is responsible for the upkeep of the local infrastructure.

I already answered this. We can not know now and we must wait to see.
I realize you answered it, but I wanted to ensure you realized your answer was both without substance and contradictory. You call for something to be eliminated, I would think you would have an idea what you were calling for, but your answer is you do not. You claim the area is overloaded with people and you call for the elimination of jobs and population within the area, so I presume you had an idea how many people you were trying to get out of the district you want to represent.
