I was suspicious, so... I checked Snopes and got nothing. I Googled and hit on a bunch of forums and blogs talking about it. After a quick perusal, I've seen several people say they have received the same thing in the past few days and it's legitimate, and some who have already filed for their refund.
I had to wonder because the last - and only - time I have had any "foreign transactions" in the past decade was 2001. But unless something negative pops up, what the heck... |
