Disney has always tried to be "family friendly." They have always had morality clauses in their contracts. They don't want a reputation for exploiting their kid stars and leading them astray or letting them run amok.
I don't know if Nick has the same deal. They can't fire the girl without it, but if ratings decline over it they can cancel the show.
