I did not really say it as a joke and I proceded in explaining why it was Hoyer's fault as it surely is.
So laughing at me or with me seems irreconcilable to me.
I say it must be a
dilemma for any comedian to say if the audiance is laughing at the comedian delivering the joke, or if the comedy is just funny.
The best jokes are always completely true and correct.
