Bob is a retired Army dude, but was never stationed at Pax, but because of his miltary service, he has base privileges, as does his family until a certain age [I think 22 of the kids are still in college, for instance].
I am uncertain of all bases have a Commissary, Exchange, or MWR facilities, but certainly the larger bases do. | Thanks. |
