I do plan to leave the Board at the end of this month since I feel I must finish my bussiness here.
I do concede that I lost the election, but I do not give any congratulation to my opponent because I am a sore loser in this one case because I say that Hoyer's policies are reprehensible and I can not support such dispicable policies under any circumstance.
I do suggest that we in 5th District vote for the Republican challenger of Collins Bailey(R)
