| I can guess why she assumes that. Because there's a lot of low lifes out there getting food stamps that don't need them -- but they need cash, probably for their drugs. I've heard of people buying like $200 in food stamps for $100 cash. The person they're buying them from just takes them to the grocery store. This is illegal as heck, and if one gets caught, plan on a hefty fine and some jail time. |
