How so when section 5-601(D)(2) states:

“REGULATED FIREARM” DOES NOT INCLUDE A SHOTGUN, INCLUDING:
(I) A F.I.E./FRANCHI LAW 12 AND SPAS 12 ASSAULT SHOTGUN;
(II) A HOLMES MODEL 88 SHOTGUN;
(III) AMOSSBERG MODEL 500 BULLPUP ASSAULT SHOTGUN;
(IV) A STREET SWEEPER ASSAULT TYPE SHOTGUN; OR
(V) A DAEWOO USAS 12 SEMI–AUTO SHOTGUN.
and the encoding was stated to be for ammunition for regulated firearms.
