Also since the Saiga can shoot slugs, then even though the rifled slugs might be included, but more importantly, the bill excluded "shotguns" not shotgun ammo. So any other regulated firearm that can fire those rounds that are not specifically a shotgun, then the rounds they fire might have easily been included as well.
This bill could be so loosely applied it could include almost ALL ammo that is sold in this state.

To top this all off, the guy never said the ONLY ammo he has is shotgun ammo, he just implied it with his ambiguous statement. He may have handgun ammo or any rifle ammo that is fired by regulated rifles (which is just almost all rifle ammo).

This bill would have affected even the Fudds with only a single shot shotgun.
No, I saw the list at 501-1(p), but 5-601(D)(2) clearly states that it does not include shotguns. It is obvious that the legislative intent was not to require shotguns to be included, which was probably taken into account because etching the "shot" would be virtually impossible and unrealistic.
