No, Clinton put us killing other people. But he had a GOOD reason (not bad intelligence), he wanted to distract people from his lying under oath and coercing others to do the same! That's a reason to kill people in other countries, get our soldiers killed, and reject the world's number one active terrorist several times (when he's handed to you on a silver platter), isn't it? After all, George Bush was just using the best information he had and doing the right thing with it, Clinton (since you brought him up) was trying to look out for himself at the expense of others.
