Depending upon what you're looking for in a house, i wouldnt say it is impossible to find something within your budget in St Mary's or Southern Calvert. |
Our only real requirement out of necessity is that we need at least three bedrooms,and two baths - or one and a half. A big plus would be a basement since I have a child who is extremely fearful of storms and that is her biggest fantasy is to have a basement retreat!
