This is also a great example that no matter how many rules and procedures the police implement, some nutjob will
still find a way to off themself.
Same goes for general society: Liberals establish laws to save the fools from themselves. Fools find new ways to end up dead. Liberals make new laws.
It's a vicious cycle and they never seem to learn.
