I didn't state main breaker.
If you are referring to me, I simply stated I have better things to do than sit in a dark house (i.e. turning off lights as requested) for an entire hour on a Saturday night.
I could light each room up with tv's and other applicances, but wouldn't that defeat the purpose of saving electricity?
