EVEN if she did fall on him....NOBODY else made her get that weight...sure, some people probably did nothing about it because someone has to get them food at that point...but she could have said at any point she was going to change her life and lose weight. If it comes out that she did in fact fall on him, minimum is negligent homicide and I still say to just put her in a big hole and let her suffer
