| This is what you do. If you call and say they are simply burning, technically they aren't doing anything wrong. As long as they burn between 4pm and midnight, per state law they are allowed.
When you call 911 you have to say that they do not have a hose out, are burning trash or whatever, and have no permit. Once you do that, they will send the fire department. Stress that there is no hose there. In order to burn, you must have a hose present. |
