I feel for you!!! I have a NEIGHBOR that is right next door to me that constantly burns just to burn, and oh yea, it's a teenager. shaking my head....we have called the fire dept several times and they come out and put it out and tell them to put it out, next time I'm going to call someone else so they get the message, the houses are wayyyy tooo close to be burning just to burn. So I understand how you feel, it's just plain stupidity.
