yeah on his toes and prepared ..... according to the article he had an earlier run in with the guy, over a woman .... while we do not know what was said / happened then .... it may have set the tone ......
in this instance you have to be quick to shoot ... maybe step aside to the gas pump .... who knows all this Monday morning QB'ing is nice mental masturbation
but I agree with the Jury - the shooting was justified
