for a brief archaeological expedition:
a) A transit (theodolite-if you're British)...I need to plot the elevation of some Amerindian Shell middens.
I will gladly put down a deposit on it (as a refundable security)and it doesn't have to be modern. (I am more comfortable with the older models)
b) Hand-held GPS---used by hikers.
I cannot afford to buy these items for a single project, and I would be using them to instruct HS seniors in my archaeology class. I only need them for 1 day's use...coming up at the end of the month. (It is Maryland archaeology Month by the way!)
It would be very helpful for a report being composed for Cedarville & Merkle (DNR) and Jefferson Patterson park.
Any philanthropic Somders out there? |
