I think that's only if you're entering it in one of the photo judging competitions. I've seen lots of folks post images they find on the web that they think are funny or something. Just so long as they don't claim to have taken the picture or post something that is copywritten, I don't think there is a problem. In this case, I think it would be more fun if we all posted photos we took ourselves. I have one at home that would be a neat follow up to the oppossum and coke can, but can't get to it till I get home this evening. If nobody else has followed up by then, I'll post it later.
