The first time I went I thought the place was called Smith and Lewinski.
That tells you the time frame during which I went. Very nice steak. Did have a cigar area (not sure if that's still there). Was good for lunch but thought the prices were too high for me to afford dinner. Great service.
Oh, and make sure you have reservations.
