My other friends child acts like a total heathen and is " dating" at the age of 11 She yells at her mom all the time about not having her cell phone charged when he needs minutes and DEMANDS to be taken her her little boyfriends basketball games. JFC!

An older cousin of mine asked me once when my parents let me date, 16/17 yrs old. She then said her own daughter 13 wanted to date and she wasn't sure what to tell her. I told her what our household rules were when I was 13. NO BOYS!! At the age when boys started coming around we had to hang at my house or do things with my parents. It was "explained" to me that if a boy didn't want to spend time with me when my parents were around then he didn't really like me. Well - she allowed her to date and guess what? Yup - she was pregnant by 17. Not just one daughter but both of her daughters.
