He just returned $3 mil to donors so that he qualifies for the $80 some odd million he can have in public money BUT that excludes him from raising private funds, at ALL. $80 million for the WHOLE general campaign. $80 big ones is a slow weekend for either Barrack or Hillary in private dough.
