| You will not be able to park on the Ellipse, access to it is controlled since 9/11. You will however probably be able to park on Constitution Avenue or a side street at that time of the morning since the rush hour restrictions are lifted at 9:30 am. You will be best to park on Constitution Avenue however since there are no meters and in turn no 2 hour time limit (technically). Just make sure you leave early as traffic can make it hard getting into the city at that time of day. |
