Yeah - I guess bunnies are not big in the brains department.
I'm on 3 acres - 2 acres are wired for the dogs.
Last year the mother moved a baby right smack into the middle of the yard. The dogs are not vicious (corgis) but one thought the baby was a toy. I found one tossing a young rabbit around in the yard. The rabbit was dead but intact.

To make it all worse I was by my shed and I saw a large chunck of rabbit fur. No blood, bones or other furry parts but just a large knot of rabbit fur. COuld have been my dogs chasing the mother but I've never seen them out run her before. On the other hand my neighbhors cat passes thru my yard often......
