| I heard a little bit off a different take on this that may or may not be true. I was told that the Sherriff sent out letters asking places to turn off or unplug the machines and that is separate from the bill which has yet to go into effect. If the ADF left the machines on and they were seized then they would have cause to sue. If they chose to abide the sherriff they could not sue. |
