My point was that, once a woman is pregnant she has a viable fetus (more commonly known as a baby). Unless she miscarries, that baby is viable. Whether it requires science or the mother's womb to keep it alive, it's still viable. I know of absolutely no perfectly healthy two day olds that can survive without help (feeding, warmth, protection, etc), and I see no difference between the implied contract between the parent and the two day old, or two months pregnant old.
