Sure, it might not be OK, but this is how I think about it:
-If it is the teachers idea to get with this girl, and the girl does not consent, he should be charged with rape of the girl.
-If the girl were to come to the teacher and say "hey lets get down and do the nasty" and they go forward with it, the principal should not be charged with rape. It's her idea.
