How to manage .pst files in Outlook 2007, in Outlook 2003, and in Outlook 2002 you want to read managing the .PST file.
You can search your C drive for the .PST file and copy it to the external disk as well.
The .PST file is the file that contains the e-mail, contacts and calendar info.
