I don't hate anything or anyone. I'm all about live and let live. It's no more my place to say what's normal than it is yours. And what someone chooses to do with their life is also no more my business than it is yours.

I agree about live and let live. But the responsibility of moral and religious (or non-religious) education of children belongs at home, not funded by my taxpayer dollars. This appears to me to be teaching morals to children by a nanny state that believes it 'knows' better than parents. A bit arrogant IMO.
