I know that customer service is the pits when they are a monopoly. If you think they are bad, try dealing with Verizon on something.
And something that people do not realize is that we have a local county committee that is suppose to monitor the cable contract. According to the committee meeting minutes, they never have compliants. Or the complaints were given to Metrocast to work out because it wasn't part of their job. I think if folks start calling and complaining enough, the committee won't have any other choice but to investigate. The committee members can be found on the county website! |
