| I would contact Metrocast and have them verify the outside grounding and signal are good. Next I would ensure you have a good surge suppressor that your Modem plugs into. You could have ####ty power coming into your home that are zapping your modems. I have had my Motorola for over 2 years now with little to no problems and I've also only had to reset it a couple times . When I had signal troubles Metrocast came out and found the outside ground connection was severed. After they fixed it not only did I have zero issues but my speeds increased... Good Luck... |
