We know this. Many jobs with firms today require a certain amount of blacks be hired. These employers are begging for qualified smart black people to fill these jobs. A black who comes out of school with good marks and works hard will have no problem going up in that company and they will earn the same money or more. I am finding that young people no matter what their color seem to think when they come out of school something is owed to them, they dont know how to show up on time ,and they dont know how to work when they get there.
You show up at a potential employer with tattoos, nose rings, your pants down around your azz, you dress like a bum, you dont comb your hair ,and you dont speak respectfully ,and you cannot fill out an employment application without help, and you arent going to get a job.
Attitude. Good manners ,and a good job ethic is what people look at when they hire. It might help also to remember that an employer is going to call your previous employers,and if you screwed up there, its doubtful you will get that second chance. |

I intended it to be sharp. Research her posts and you will see why. She is part of the problem. She thinks southern Marylanders are uneducated, rude and crude because we tell it like it is. She thinks we've never left the county.
She got her panties in a wad because we were happy DeShawn killed himself.
I'm sick of her and her type who cause the racial problems of today and I will smack them down every chance I get.
