Anyone know if
these things work?
A woman at Lowes told us about it today, and we're thinking about putting it by our fence with a neighbor who has 4 yorkies who "yap-yap-yap" at 6 a.m. on a Saturday to 11 p.m. on weeknights. We've trained our dogs not to bark outside at them, but they don't seem to care that their dogs are a neighborhood nuisance.
