I mean, I really don't see how the width should play too much into hitting the wheel well...its only another 20mm right? 
EDIT: just a quick peek on tirerack and I don't see much selection for 285/65/16 but like I said, I don't think that extra 20mm width is going to influence the height enough to hit the wheel well if you have no issues now. |
I don't see a problem either, his came stock with the same size mine did/does, think I'll give it a try.......
